Moms should be at least 6 weeks but not greater than 3 months postpartum when beginning class. If you experienced a cesarean birth, please bring medical clearance from your physician to exercise. Join us immediately afterward for “Motherhood: The New Reality Show”.

Duke Cancer Center Raleigh is offering a breast cancer support group designed for any breast cancer patient. The group provides a place where patients can meet others going through similar experiences and can gain support and friendship. This is an informal group that meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday nights each month from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Educators trained as Lamaze certified childbirth instructors (LCCE) teach all classes at Teer House. The eight (8) hour series is available on weekdays or weekends.
