From Raleigh:
From I-40 - Get onto the 147 Durham Freeway. Take the Duke Street Exit. Continue on Duke Street through downtown. Go over the I-85 overpass and continue on N. Duke Street through 5 traffic lights. You will pass KinderCare on your right. Take the next right onto Frasier Street. Take an immediate left across from the Duke Clinic onto a small access road. Bear to your right into the Teer House parking lot. Teer House is the large white house. You may park behind the Teer House or on the front circle.
To return to 147 – go out to Duke Street the same way that you came in. Take a left on Duke Street. Go over the I-85 overpass. Duke Street becomes Gregson Street that is one way. Follow Gregson Street for several miles through downtown Durham. After the 147 overpass, take the next left onto 147 South.
From 70 W - Take 70 W towards Durham. Take the Duke Street exit (176). Continue on N. Duke Street through 5 traffic lights. You will pass KinderCare on your right. Take the next right onto Frasier Street. Take an immediate left across from the Duke Clinic onto a small access road. Bear to your right into the Teer House parking lot. Teer House is the large white house. You may park behind the Teer House or on the front circle.
To return to 70 – go out to Duke Street the same way that you came in. Take a left on Duke Street. Follow Duke Street to I85/70E. Go over the bridge and take the right exit onto I85N/70E.
From Chapel Hill:
Take 15-501 north/ I-85 north towards Durham. Take the Duke Street/ Roxboro exit (176) to the right. At the traffic light, take a left onto Duke Street that leads to a stop sign. Continue straight on N. Duke Street through 5 traffic lights. You will pass KinderCare on your right. Take the next right onto Frasier Street. Take an immediate left across from the Duke Clinic onto a small access road. Bear to your right into the Teer House parking lot. Teer House is the large white house. You may park behind the Teer House or on the front circle.
DATA
(Durham Area Transit Authority) provides bus service Monday through Saturday. Take the Route 4 bus -- Durham Regional Hospital / North Duke Mall. It stops near the back entrance to the Teer House.
